Deutsch III. Basic information about nature conservation
The nature guard performs an educational and informational service for visitors and checks compliance with regulations on nature and landscape protection.
The Nature Conservancy is an official person in the performance of its activities.
The Nature Conservancy is authorized to:
► ascertain the identity of persons,
► discuss the offense on the spot by order,
► enter foreign land,
► detain a person and hand them over to the Police of the Czech Republic,
► request help or cooperation from the Police of the Czech Republic,
► suspend disruptive activity in the event of an immediate threat to the interests of nature protection,
► to stop a motor vehicle and caravan, another vehicle or a boat outside local roads, if there is reasonable suspicion that the ban on the entry and stay of motor vehicles and caravans, the ban on the entry of other vehicles or the ban on sailing established by this law has been violated.
The Nature Conservancy is obliged to:
► show a nature guard card and wear a service badge,
► supervise compliance with obligations associated with the control of compliance with regulations on nature and landscape protection.
